   If you have an emergency during normal hours please call (920) 894-3414 to accommodate your emergency. If your emergency is after hours please call the same number, listen to the prompts and leave a message including your name, phone number, and type of emergency. Please speak slowly and clearly so we can return your call in a timely fashion. Our doctors will return your call within 30 minutes.
